How do I connect credits to my power bills?
Pay your power bill through SolarGrid — much like using a payment app — and credits are automatically applied to the due amount.
Can I withdraw my credits as cash?
On-bill credits are used to discount power bills and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account.
Can I pay multiple power bills?
Yes. Credits can be used for multiple billing sessions — for your own utilities or on behalf of others.
How do I get help with my account?
